Follow-Up Sessions
If you would like to continue sessions with me after you have competed all sessions in your chosen program, you may purchase follow-up sessions. These sessions are designed to provide ongoing guidance, accountability, and support. During our follow-up session we'll meet to review your progress, keep you moving forward, and make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition plan. I'll coach and guide you to take the next steps you need to achieve your particular goals. We will also address any questions you have or challenges you are encountering.
Depending on your needs, sessions may be weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. All follow-up sessions must be completed within 6 months from purchase.
60-Minute Follow-Up Sessions
$150 Each, pay as you go
